Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is yellowish translucent and shiny. Transparency is better than polyethylene and polypropylene, but worse than polystyrene. Depending on the amount of additives, it can be divided into soft and hard polyvinyl chloride. Soft products are flexible and tough, and feel sticky. The hardness of hard products is higher than that of low-density polyethylene. When it is lower than polypropylene, whitening will occur at the inflection. PVC board is divided into quality grades. The PVC cabinet board is extruded and non-foamed. The quality grades are A, B, and C.
Grade A PVC board (ivory white, gray), density 1.5, new material, low filling.
Grade B PVC board (ivory white, gray), density 1.6. New material and filling material.
PVC whiteboard (steel window whiteboard), return-grade whiteboard.
C-level PVC board (gray, black), recycled grade.
The thickness range is between 1-25mm. Three sets of molds with widths of 1300MM, 1000MM, and 1500MM, lengths are customized.
According to the customer's use environment and requirements, we can order higher quality PVC rigid boards and environmentally friendly PVC boards.
