Founded in 2013, Hangzhou Jianguan Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of PVC foam boards, with a focus on high-quality standard PVC foam boards and lead-free PVC foam boards.
Equipped with 17 automatic production lines and supported by a team of over 150 professional employees, our company boasts a daily production capacity of 170 tons, enabling us to efficiently meet the large-volume and customized demands of global clients. Our product specifications are comprehensive: standard size is 1220mm*2440mm, while custom sizes are available upon request; thickness ranges from 2mm to 40mm; density from 0.4 to 0.9g/cm³; and the standard color is white, with other color options customizable to fit specific project needs.
The PVC foam boards we develop and produce feature a smooth surface and excellent processability—they can be nailed, drilled, chiseled, bonded, and more—making them an ideal eco-friendly alternative to wood. Thanks to their superior performance and zero-formaldehyde advantage, our products are widely applied in diverse industries, including advertising, carved hollow boards, cabinetry and sanitary ware panels, furniture manufacturing, home decoration, display racks, lighting fixtures, architectural decoration, and bathroom cabinets.
Located in Qunli Village, Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, our factory covers a total area of 25,000 square meters. With strict quality control systems throughout the production process, we have maintained consistent product quality over the years and achieved an annual export volume of 50,000 tons.
